About

Erin Davison is the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Louisiana.  As a seasoned Nonprofit leader, Erin has over 25 years of fundraising, grant writing, program design and development, community outreach, and human resources experience. In the past four years Erin has built a strong foundation of quality excellence within her organization, implemented new technology for virtual enrollment and mentoring practices, streamlined processes and created efficiencies with BBBS service and delivery, created and implemented MentorU, an innovative curriculum based group mentoring and 1-1 program in Calcasieu Parish this Spring, and found creative ways to financially sustain BBBS mentoring programs through a global pandemic and four natural disasters while building capacity of youth served in all six-Parishes (Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, Jeff Davis, and Vernon Parishes).  BBBS serves.  Erin is currently in the 2023 Leadership Louisiana class through CABL, a member of the Kiwanis Club of Southwest Contraband, Chamber SWLA Women’s Business Network Advisory Council, a Graduate of the Chamber SWLA Leadership Class of 2018, Chamber SWLA Volunteer of the Year 2012, Thrive Magazine Thriving Thirty-Somethings Class 2013, Thrive 2019 Leading Ladies in Business, is a member of the Republican party and an advocate for youth and families in SWLA and Louisiana, among many other community and civic activities.  She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a Minor in Social Work. Erin has been married to her husband Chad for 24 years, has three children and three grandchildren, two dogs and two cats.  She loves to read, travel, and relax with her family and friends.
