Holly Martin-Picou is an executive with over 20 years of progressive experience in corporate human resource operations. At CSRS, she is responsible for leading and executing all human resource initiatives for the firm and building on the success of our firm’s continued growth.
Ms. Martin-Picou joined CSRS in 2018 after serving more than 15 years at York Risk Services Group, a premier provider of specialized claims and risk management solutions. Holly contributes her successful career to her belief that employees should be recognized as the company’s greatest asset. She strives to create opportunities and constantly improve and evolve talent management to support the values and strategy of our organization.
Ms. Martin-Picou is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Professional of Human Resources through the Society of Human Resources (SHRM-CP) and holds a Global Novations Behavioral Interviewing Trainer Certification.
She is an active member of the HR Certification Institute, the Society of Human Resource Management, and the Greater Baton Rouge Society of Human Resource Management.
