Donna D. Fraiche, founder and president of Fraiche Strategies, LLC, recently retired from forty-five years in the active practice of health law. Utilizing vast experience gained from a lifetime of focused client representation and governance positions, she has formed a consulting firm for client-focused strategic policy, health care policy and facilitation.

Having founded her own law firm in the 1970’s, Donna practiced thereafter at a number of national law firms throughout her legal career. She retired from Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz in 2020. 

Donna currently serves on the boards of three publicly traded companies where she holds roles ranging from lead independent director to committee chair of multiple committees.

Donna is also co-owner and co-manager of River Regional Properties, II, III, LLC, Fraiche Family, LTD, LLC, Nola Wine Merchant, LLC, and additional small and real estate holding businesses.
