Vivian Broussard Guillory, Esq. is a current member of the Board of Directors for the Southeast Louisiana Legal Services Corporation (SLLS). She earned her BA from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1975 and an MA in 1980 and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Louisiana State University Law Center in 1986.  

She is a retired Administrative Law Judge and General Counsel for the Louisiana Division of Administrative Law.  She has served as Staff Attorney for the Louisiana Department of Labor, ALJ and Administrator for the Administrative Hearings Division of the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality.

She is past president of the American Association of University Women of Louisiana, a charter member and Past President of the Louisiana Association of Administrative Law Judges (LAALJ), Past President of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Managers (LSCPM) and former President of the Xavier University National Alumni Association.   She is a recipient of the Employee of the Year award for the Office of the Secretary of the Department  of  Environmental  Quality  and  the  Presidential  Citation  from  the  Louisiana Association of Certified Public Managers. She is married to Joseph G. Guillory, Jr.
