COVID Protocol

Ellevate Louisiana will be asking for proof of vaccine or negative PCR/Antigen test for our 2^nd Annual Summit in Lake Charles. Upon arrival at the Summit registration desk at the Golden Nugget, please bring out your documentation showing a valid vaccine card OR a negative PCR/antigen test taken within 72 hours of the event.
