Allison Byrd is a business development and community engagement professional dedicated to expanding educational opportunities, strengthening community partnerships, and helping individuals achieve financial success. She serves as Business Development Officer for Gulf Coast Bank & Trust, where she works with businesses and community organizations to develop meaningful relationships and support economic growth throughout Southeast Louisiana. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Greater Baton Rouge & Acadiana, helping advance financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness for young people across the region.

With more than 15 years of experience in banking, mortgage lending, and business development, Allison has built her career on fostering trusted relationships and delivering client-focused financial solutions. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about empowering individuals, supporting local businesses, and investing in the next generation of leaders through community involvement and volunteer service.

A graduate of the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, Allison is an active civic leader who believes strong communities are built through education, collaboration, and service. Through her professional and volunteer leadership, she continues to champion initiatives that create opportunity, strengthen Louisiana's workforce, and improve the communities she proudly serves.
