Brittany Borne is a business professional with a diverse background in healthcare, legal account management, customer service, and the utility industry. Throughout her career, she has built her experience around a consistent strength: being a trusted resource for the people and stakeholders she supports.

Her professional experience includes managing attorney accounts and serving as a liaison between attorneys, patients, providers, and internal teams, where strong communication, organization, responsiveness, and relationship management were essential. In her current role with Entergy, Brittany supports a variety of internal and external stakeholders while contributing to operational coordination, process improvement, workflow development, and customer-focused initiatives.

Brittany holds a bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a minor in Behavioral Sciences from McNeese State University and is currently pursuing her MBA. She is also a Certified Customer Service Professional and is passionate about continued professional development, leadership, and creating meaningful connections.

Outside of her day-to-day role, Brittany is actively involved in community and volunteer initiatives throughout Southwest Louisiana. She believes that professional growth is about more than advancing your career—it is also about using your skills, experiences, and relationships to make a positive impact on the people and communities around you.
