Elizabeth Ellison-Frost serves in Community Relations for Chalmette Refining, a PBF Energy company, where she leads community engagement initiatives and cultivates partnerships that strengthen relationships between the refinery and the communities it serves.

With a career spanning land management, legal affairs, public affairs, and community relations, Elizabeth brings extensive experience in the energy industry. She began her career as an independent landman before joining ExxonMobil's Chalmette Refining, where she transitioned from the law department into Public & Government Affairs. During her tenure, she served on ExxonMobil's Regional Response Team, participating in emergency response training and exercises throughout North America, South America, and the Caribbean. Following PBF Energy's acquisition of Chalmette Refining in 2015, she continued her work in community relations, helping expand the refinery's longstanding tradition of community outreach and civic engagement.

A native of Lafayette, Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University and a Master of Arts in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She was recognized as one of New Orleans CityBusiness Women of the Year in 2018 for her professional leadership and community impact.

Passionate about Louisiana's history and culture, Elizabeth is dedicated to preserving the region's heritage while fostering meaningful partnerships that support education, economic development, and community well-being.
