Brandi Elizabeth Stafford, MBA serves as Chief Financial Officer of Lane Regional Medical Center, where she provides strategic financial leadership and oversees the organization's fiscal operations in support of its mission to deliver exceptional healthcare to the communities it serves.

Brandi joined Lane Regional Medical Center in 2020 as Accounting Controller and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2025. With more than two decades of financial leadership experience, she brings extensive expertise in healthcare finance, strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational performance. Prior to joining Lane Regional, she spent 17 years as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Champion Management, LLC, where she led financial operations and supported the company's long-term growth and success.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence, Brandi is dedicated to strengthening the financial sustainability of healthcare organizations while supporting high-quality patient care and continued investment in the communities they serve.

She earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and remains committed to advancing sound financial stewardship, innovation, and excellence in healthcare leadership.
