Grady Morrison

Grady Morrison is Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits at HUB International, where she helps clients tackle rising healthcare costs while building teams that attract and retain great people. With more than 40 years in accounting, healthcare, and insurance, she got her start at KPMG before moving into leadership roles across hospital systems, home health, and third-party administration.

Grady was raised in Baton Rouge as one of 14 children — a built-in play group and support system for life. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University (1984 and 1985) and is a Certified Public Accountant.

She currently serves as Chairman of the Board for BRF, an economic development hub positioning North Louisiana as a destination for high-growth innovation, and stays active with causes close to her heart, including organizations serving the homeless and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Grady lives in Shreveport with her husband, Greg.
