Laurie Morrow currently serves as the Executive Director for Economic Development, Innovation, and Outreach for Northwestern State University. In her role with NSU she oversees the university’s eNSU online learning campus, student technology, instructional sites in Alexandria, Leesville, Marksville as well as Barksdale Air Force Base and Fort Polk. In addition, Laurie serves as the principal leader for economic development and provides the vision for developing and implementing strategies that will support business and industrial partnerships. Prior to joining Northwestern State Laurie served in various roles with the Louisiana Community and Technical College System for over 20 years.
Laurie is the current Vice-Chair of the Natchitoches Economic Development Alliance and a member of the Natchitoches Regional Hospital Foundation Board. She is a founding member of Pink Sisters of Sabine, Inc., an organization dedicated to serving women who have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer.
