Rochelle Wilcox is a nationally recognized leader in early childhood education with over 26 years of experience spanning teaching, advocacy, and organizational leadership. She is the CEO and Executive Director of Wilcox Academy of Early Learning, which operates three high-impact centers in New Orleans. Rochelle is also the co-founder of For Providers by Providers, a nonprofit dedicated to building capacity and uplifting Louisiana’s Type III and FCC early learning centers. A passionate advocate for equity, she serves on several influential boards and committees, including Agenda for Children, Children’s Funding Accelerator, and Geaux Far Louisiana. In 2023, she was honored as the inaugural Early Childhood Leader of the Year. A proud wife, mother of three sons, and new grandmother, Rochelle’s work is rooted in love, leadership, and legacy.
